Pedigree Uphill

Uphill is a stallion with a correct exterior and with a lot of appearance. He has three good gaits and is easy to ride.
His sire line guarantees movement and sport, and also has a lot of blood with the thoroughbreds: Appolonius xx, Cartoonist xx, Uppercut xx and Courville xx. Uphill’s father Oscar has competed successfully in the Light Tour Dressage in 2009. Oscar was the top producer of the final of the 3 year old mares at the Dutch Mare Championship in 2009.
From the dam line descend many SportHorses and many ‘ster’- and ‘keur’ mares. Uphills full sister Whistly was Dutch Champion of the ‘Keur and Elite’ mares and his full sister Ballerina Ceroon received 85,5 points for her IBOP and placed 5th in the final of the Dutch Mare Championship.
Uphill’s own career consists of many highlights: In 2009 he was Dutch Champion at ‘ZZ-Zwaar’level. In 2008 he was Dutch Champion of the ‘ZZ-Licht’ level, he won the final of Veendam, 3rd at the Dutch Championship 2007, Champion of the stallion competition 2006/2007, 3rd in the final of the PAVO cup 2006, finalist at the World Championship 2006, and he was Dutch Reserve Champion of the 4 year old dressage horses.
Uphill’s offspring are doing well also. His son Briljant got approved for the KWPN and was selected for the Champions ring of the KWPN Stallion Selections. Aston Martin placed 7th in the Dutch Championship for 4 year old dressage horses and placed 2nd in the VSN trophee. Daughter Agaath had the highest score of the IBOP in Tolbert with 84 points and daughter Amber had the highest score of the IBOP in Luttenberg with 83.5 points.
This year three of his sons are selected for the KWPN Stallion test and his son Carlton Hill placed 4th in the final of the Championship of the KWPN Stallion Selections.
At the Dutch Mare Championships in 2008 his daughter Amber placed 2nd in the final and Adina placed 4th.
Uphill is free from Ferro, Jazz and Flemmingh bloodlines, so widely applicable for breeding.
