From this page you can download useful documentsContracts : Before you bring your mare to Keros for insemination, foaling or embryo transfer you can read the necessary information and contracts. This way you can save yourself time when visiting Keros and you can get immediate answers to questions you might have. You can also make sure that you bring all the necessary information with you when bringing your mare to Keros, such as the exact name and studbook number of the mare, vaccination dates, last covering for foaling mares, contact information, information on insurance for the mare and billing information (VAT number).
Usefull documents that you should fill in and bring with the mare : At your first visit of the season, we request that you bring a completed and signed copy of the health declaration as well as a signed copy of the insemination and/or embryo transfer contract (if mare is shipped please give the documents to the driver).
How do I send the documents ? Some of the documents can be completed on your computer and mailed to Keros at embryo@keros.be or you can fax them to +32 (0)51772235 or send by mail to Keros, Wesrozebekestraat 23A, 8980 Passendale.
